Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
